BES-TEX SUPPLY RENTAL AGREEMENT

BES-TEX SUPPLY RENTAL AGREEMENT

This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between BES-TEX Supply ("Lessor") and the undersigned customer ("Lessee"). By signing this Agreement, Lessee agrees to the following terms and conditions:

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Rental Period: The rental period begins when the equipment is picked up by Lessee and ends when it is returned to Lessor in proper working condition. Lessee is responsible for returning the equipment by the agreed-upon time to avoid additional charges.

  2. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of rental. Additional charges will apply if equipment is not returned on time.

  3. Equipment Use & Responsibility: Lessee agrees to use the equipment in a safe and proper manner. Any misuse, damage, or loss will be the responsibility of the Lessee, and repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

  4. Damage & Loss: Lessee assumes full responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment during the rental period. Any required repairs or replacement will be at Lessee’s expense.

  5. Cleaning & Maintenance: Equipment must be returned clean and in good working condition. Additional fees may apply for cleaning or repairs due to excessive wear or misuse.

  6. Indemnification: Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BES-TEX Supply from any claims, damages, or injuries resulting from the use of the rented equipment.

  7. No Subleasing: Lessee shall not transfer, sublease, or lend the equipment to any third party.

  8. Return Policy: Equipment must be returned by the agreed-upon time. Late returns will be charged at the applicable rental rate.

  9. Termination: Lessor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and reclaim the equipment at any time if Lessee fails to comply with the terms herein.
