This Scag Turf Storm 6503 unit is designed for professional turf applications and may be used with a variety of lawn and landscape chemicals. Because of the nature of chemical use, proper cleaning and care are critical to maintain safe and reliable operation.
Customer Responsibilities:

The renter assumes full responsibility for all chemical mixing, loading, application, and cleanup procedures.

Only approved turf and ornamental products may be applied through this equipment. Do not use bleach, acids, or unapproved solvents.

The unit must be thoroughly rinsed and flushed with clean water immediately after use. Pay particular attention to the tank, pump, lines, and nozzles.

Any damage caused by improper chemical use, failure to clean, or product residue will result in repair or replacement charges billed to the renter.

A cleaning fee may be assessed if the unit is returned with chemical residue, odor, or staining.

Renter agrees to follow all pesticide labels, local, state, and federal regulations when using this equipment.
BES-TEX Supply assumes no liability for crop injury, turf damage, or environmental impact caused by improper chemical selection, mixing, or application.
By renting this equipment, the customer acknowledges understanding of and agreement to these terms.

BES-TEX SUPPLY RENTAL AGREEMENT
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Rental Period: The rental period begins when the equipment is picked up by Lessee and ends when it is returned to Lessor in proper working condition. Lessee is responsible for returning the equipment by the agreed-upon time to avoid additional charges.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of rental. Additional charges will apply if equipment is not returned on time.

Equipment Use & Responsibility: Lessee agrees to use the equipment in a safe and proper manner. Any misuse, damage, or loss will be the responsibility of the Lessee, and repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

Damage & Loss: Lessee assumes full responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment during the rental period. Any required repairs or replacement will be at Lessee’s expense.

Cleaning & Maintenance: Equipment must be returned clean and in good working condition. Additional fees may apply for cleaning or repairs due to excessive wear or misuse.

Indemnification: Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BES-TEX Supply from any claims, damages, or injuries resulting from the use of the rented equipment.

No Subleasing: Lessee shall not transfer, sublease, or lend the equipment to any third party.

Return Policy: Equipment must be returned by the agreed-upon time. Late returns will be charged at the applicable rental rate.

Termination: Lessor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and reclaim the equipment at any time if Lessee fails to comply with the terms herein.
