Parts & Service
BES-TEX Supply has a full-service shop for the service and repair of power equipment. We stock most commonly needed parts for the brands we sell. If a part is not regularly stocked, we can usually order it.
To look up a non-stock part, we require the brand, model, and serial number of the equipment.
Repair vs. Tune-Up
A tune-up is routine maintenance and should be done once a year, even if the machine is running fine. Tune-ups help prevent breakdowns and keep equipment performing properly.
A repair is needed when equipment is not running correctly or will not run at all.
Shop Repair Information

Labor Rate: $2.10 per minute
(This equals $126.00 per hour) -
Labor is billed by the minute, not rounded up

A pre-paid deposit is required on all equipment

Service Deposits

2-cycle equipment: $65.00
-
4-cycle equipment: $125.00
Deposits are applied to the final invoice when repairs are completed.
If repairs are not approved or completed, the deposit is applied as a Diagnostic Bench Fee.
Return Policy

All returned parts are subject to a 25% restocking fee

Customer is responsible for actual inbound and outbound freight

Electrical parts and installed or used parts are non-returnable
Warranty Policy
If a repair qualifies for warranty, parts and labor are billed to the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for any charges not covered by the manufacturer, including but not limited to:

Shipping and handling on non-stock parts

Pick-up and delivery services

Hazardous waste fees
A warranty inspection is required for equipment not purchased from BES-TEX Supply, LLC.

Original sales receipt is required

If no receipt is available, repairs must be paid in full unless warranty payment is verified

Equipment not picked up within 30 days of invoice date will be charged $1.00 per day storage

Equipment not picked up within 60 days becomes property of BES-TEX Supply, LLC
