Extinguish Plus Fire Ant Bait contains the insecticide Hydramethlnon works to kill adult ants, including fire ants within 24 to 72 hours of ingestion. The Insect Growth Regulator (S-Methoprene), in  Extinguish Plus Fire Ant Bait, ensures complete control by preventing the ant eggs in the colony from reaching maturity. Extinguish Plus Fire Ant Bait was formulated for the control of ants, including fire ants on lawns, recreational areas, golf courses and other non crop/non grazed areas broadcast at the rate of 1 ½ pounds per acre.

Extinguish  Professional Fire Ant Bait contains Hydramethlnon and S-Methoprene to kill Imported Fire Ants, Native Fire Ants, Harvester Ants, Big Headed Ants and Argentine Ants within 24 to 72 hours and halt growth of future colonies.
